Following your answer the Regional Manager of the contractor says NCP is responsible & in spite of me telling him you were a Qualified Solicitor he says the signage was moved by an unknown member of the public unfortunately there is no CCTV coverage in this area, also he claims to be legally Qualified on all aspects of Contractors Law.He then went on to start to deny what his foreman had said yesterday & to state furthermore that I would have no proof as I had not taken photos & the as There were I queue of irate motorists trying to get by,where do I go from here?

Hello and thanks for me.

But the damage was caused by the Contractor.
