I bought a brand new car in November, it's currently broken down and back at the dealers and has been there for 8 weeks. I'm being pushed from pillar to post from dealer to manufacturer as to who's responsible.

Hi Jamie,
Having now raised an official complaint with Renault finance, they have now told me they legally have 8 weeks to investigate the complaint. Which potentially leaves me without the car for 4 months.
Could you please advise me on how to write to them in order to let them know I'm serious.
