I have been to court three times for sentence and it's been put of , the last being 4.15pm today , I have to be back at 9.30 in morning and wait for a slot during the days, does this affect my human rights under article 3

Is there any reason you think it may?

Mentall torture

Three adjournments does not amount to mental torture.

Three adjournments is mildly inconvenient. It is not torture.

Torture is something like prolonged and extensive sleep deprivation whilst in custody because your captors keep waking you up.

A bad day at court is not torture.

We all have these days where courts over list. It is mildly annoying but no more.

I'm very sorry but this is just plain not torture.
