I shall do my best to help you but I need some further information first

Could you explain a little more about the background to your question please

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I had a big Hacienda in Spain and some men illegally signed deeds to this propery. it has been going on for twenty years ,but only this week have they had a win. All I want to know is if these theives can go against my daughters house in England because she was named as power of attorney. What do you think?
Expert:  Clare replied 1 year ago.

My apologies for the delay

Your daughter's property is safe - acting as your Attorney in these circumstances does not mean she would have to pay any of the costs
