I have a dispute with E-BOOKERS who booked a flight for me ,, I cancelled the booking in mistake , at the time of conversation wanted to change the flight , they refunded part of the fare but charged me 500 pound as airline penalty,, I cannot find any amount in their itinery of the flight or Air New Zealands conditions a sum of 500 pounds could be charged as penalty, there is mention of penalties but all very vague and by no means clear at the time of booking , this needs to be addressed as its a con as far as I am concerned, what is your advice.
