Ok, then you can reject it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It is not as described, fit for purpose or of suitable quality.

You can have a replacement or refund. Indeed your finance provider is jointly liable under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Therefore you can reject the vehicle. Usually you cant do this for minor cosmetic things, but as it cant be driven, you can do so!
