I am going through Consumer Credit Act 1974 with a company

This answer was rated:

I am going through Consumer Credit Act 1974 with a company who installed my bathroom back in February, Natwest Matercard looked at the evidence and refunded me mu money (£13000)
The company have appealed twice and Natwest have backed me, it has now gone to Matercard head office for the final decision.
If I win what if anything can the company do to retrieve their money!
In the meantime I am disabled (Parkinson) and cannot use the shower due to a independent bathroom company saying the floor might give in!
What I want to do when I win is tell the company to come and dismantle their bathroom so I can get a company in to install a new fit for purpose bathroom, how do I stand legally
