I don't really understand the terminology, I'm sorry. The will has been "carried out" I have received money. But no questions have been asked about the will. I think something fishy is up.

I know I'm mentioned in the will. The will was officially carried out by the executive in 2014.

You do not need a Freedom of Information Request - since the Confirmation has already been obtained it is a public document and you can obtain a copy

from either the local sheriff court or HM Commissary Office - access contact details.
