While on holiday in greece my wife fell over and broke her hip due to the time lapse having to go across to keflonia to a main hospital . she told she would have to have a hip replacement . the insurance company would not fly us home to have it done as they saild because the broken hip which the greek doctors disagreed said we could go home . it now turns out that they only did half the job on the hip and pice they put in was to long . So my my wife is going have the hip replace again . can we sue the hoilday insurance company for not bringing us home ?

how much would it cost

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

It would not be the insurance company, they did not do the surgery.

It would be the surgeon or hospital involved.

That is who you would need to bring a claim against. It may be you can get a Solicitor to do this on a no win no fee.

But the insurer is not liable.

ok, but the insurers are not negligent as they did not operate.

If you bring a claim against the insurers I am sorry to say it would fail.

They did not carry out the procedure.

I am sorry if this is not the answer you want and certainly not the one I Want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest.
