On what basis please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
public health although some of the cats do not go out. there are 4 litter trays in the house which are cleaned as required.

So this is environmental health?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the council says it is not for our personal wellbeing. I could not make a decision on which cat must go. I love them all and they have their own personalities.. incidentally they are all rescued
