I am bringing a claim in the Money Claim Court for £600

This answer was rated:

I am bringing a claim in the Money Claim Court for £600 against BT who are legally represented, what is the situation if I lose regarding the BT's costs? What is the cost situation regarding BT's costs if they appeal and I lose?
I did not receive satisfaction with the Ombudsman - do I need to consider Mediation before proceeding to court?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Has it been allocated to small claim?

it has been allocated to the Small Claims Track. I have just found out how to reply.Would appreciate your answerThank you

If you lose then you are not liable for BT legal costs.

They can only claim these where you have acted unreasonably.

Even if they appeal and you lose, you don't pay costs.

Does that clairfy?
