Do you mean your case is in the warned list now for trial?

but am wearing a tag and do not know when it will be removed.

It does depend on the conditions of your bail but generally speaking it would last until the end of your trial or until the date of sentence in the event of conviction.

If you are in the warned list then you need to call your solicitors no later than 5pm every evening to find out if your case is in the following morning.

It may be that you are not called on and then it would go into a second warned list but that is fairly rare now.

Can I clarify anything for you?
