Good evening
I was driving my car to work when an eight year old cross over. She was hit with my passenger side mirror and broke her leg. I went to court without a solicitor and was found guilty. The girl is fine. I had to pay £500 fine and banned for 9 months from driving. I had a third party insurance and cancel it two weeks ago as I no longer drive
Yesterday I receive a letter from the girl's family solicitor. I've been asked to send this letter to my insurance which I cancelled two weeks ago. Please advise me what to do. Shall I ignore this letter or refer this to the insurance co I no longer insured with
