On 19 January 2016 I took 75 items to Windsor Auctions, Vansittart Estate, Windsor for them to auction. I spoke to Harry Ballin. Six items were listed in detail on the 'Instructions to Sell', the rest were 'Selection of items as per customers own inventory'. They have sold 13 of these items for which I have received payment. In June I telephone them twice for an update, they promised to get back to me but didn't. I sent emails in July, and August. On 2nd August he replied that he would get back to me within a couple of days. He didn't. I emailed again of 12th October attaching a list of items still outstanding. I have heard nothing. There is nothing on their Conditions of Sale which refers to items which are not sold and what happens to them. I visited Citizens Advice at Wokingham and they suggested I contact you for advice as to how I can get the items back (at their expense) and what to do if they have disposed of them but have not forwarded the money. Hoping you can help
