I took out a life insurance with British Seniors Insurance

Customer Question

I took out a life insurance with British Seniors Insurance Agency on the 19/06/2013 for a premium of £54.63 which is by direct debit.
I received a letter from them dated 24th October 2016 for which they are saying that the premium will go up on my next payment in November 75.57.
Not only can I not afford it,They had not told me prior to this letter that the premiums will be going up.
When I checked my account I found they had been taking £67.51
They are now saying ,if I cancel the policy they will not be repaying me the money I have already paid in.
Which means I would have been paying the money from my small pension ,and they would be retaining it.
Please can you help
