Customer Question

A while back I was at a Car Boot Sale. I bumped into a pop up electrical unit which didn't have any barrier or was marked.
The organisers didn't take any details from me and as we were on private property I didn't think it was necessary. They are now wanting to claim on my insurance. Where do I stand.

Hi, Thank you for your question and welcome. I would write back to them and deny any liability. Have they actually itemised the damage caused? Also was is obstructing a part of the sale that was meant for cars? Kind regards AJ
