I am going to the DPS arbitration following floor damage

Customer Question

I am going to the DPS arbitration following floor damage stated on check out report issued by independent inventory company. There are various scratch and indentation marks which I suspect were caused by piano. How can I demonstrate that these marks are not wear and tear after 6 months occupancy? How can I demonstrate that Tenants were negligent and failed in their obligation to keep the flat fixtures in good condition?
With thanks

Hello Alex my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

What is it you would like to achieve or know about this please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I would like the arbitration to go in my favour. As per previous message, my tenants have caused some damages to the floor in the flat they occupied for 6 months. They argue that this is normal wear and tear and that the scratches do not require the floor board la to be replaced.
