Customer Question

I got stopped for speeding by a police office on the 7/8/16. Today 16/11/16 i received a letter of prosecution 3 months and 9 days after the offence. Has the time limited expired since this occurred?

Six months is the time limit for a toad traffic offence so they are in time. I hope that explains the position. Please leave a positive rating so that I am credited for my time.
