Customer Question

I am 14 months into a 6 year lease having taken over an established bathroom showroom in my local town. We are a family business and have had a great first year with good growth in turnover. I found out today that my landlord has let the unit next to me to another bathroom showroom that supplies all of the same products and services as us. We are really worried that this will have a massive e impact on our business as the new tenant has a further 4 stores and it is possible that because of the conflict in suppliers, they may take away some of our key brands. The landlord did the same to another tenant who supplies and fits tyres by bringing in a national tyre company on the same site. He has lost 25% of his turnover as a result. Is there anything I can do?
