Customer Question

not consenting to surgery last year, I now find myself with a far less quality of life, the surgery was craniotomy for a brain tumour, I intuitively knew the outcome would be negative, but intuition does not seem to even be understood as valid. The details are to complex to go into here, I feel I have been violated, do you think I may have a case for compensation of some kind?
Assistant: Thank you. Can you provide any more details to help us find you the right Expert?
Customer: I underwent a capacity test, obviously in their eyes I failed, I contest that decision. I remained adamant despite considerable pressure in a best interests meeting.
