Good Afternoon, May I ask for advice regarding Time Share claims, I have received a number of phone calls to travel to Manchester to meet a company representative to discuss compensation from R C I and Club Decosta. Could I have some advice please, Thank you, ***** ****************

Hello Bobby my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

Have they asked for any fees?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No,it looks as if there job is to get me to Manchester to meet another company.

Do you have Timeshare or points based property?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
We were advised to go to Spain and legally paid £5,000 to get free of our two Time shares. We have not heard back from them since now this company say we can claim back the fee we paid plus maintenance cost which are due back.

There are companies that are genuine and others which are not.

If you are asked to pay anything up front, say you are happy to do this as long as it goes into Escrow.

That that is a third party service which holds the money. When and only when the company has completed the work and you are happy do they release it to them.

So if any payments are asked for - then you can agree as long as its on Escrow.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I will ask if I can have the name of the company i have to meet in Manchester.

Sure. I can do a basic search if they are Ltd

Does that clarify?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They are saying no win no fee and are asking for 30 percent of return should we win.

Ok - that is fair as long as there are NO up front fees

Does that clarify?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They will email me the company's name.

Yes they should. But as I have said before if they want up front fees, you can agree, as long as its placed in ESCROW

Does that clarify?

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
The Company is, FHAMarketing. Adamson House, the towers Didabury park Manchester M20 2yy. but I just got the info.

They are based in Manchester but its an 0121 number for Birmingham!
I would only pay using Escrow as advised

Does that clarify?
