I have to go to magistrates court for three counts of

Hi there I have to go to magistrates court for three counts of shoplifting totalling to £120 do you think I will be sent to jail it's a first affence I am an adult.

Do you deny the offence?

But I did denie it in a statement but intent to plead guilty


Did the store recover their goods in saleable condition?

One store did and the other I was not the thief

One store recieved the goods back one store I was not the thief a friend of mine was and one store I stole goods and didn't give them back.

You will either be fined or given a low level community order.

There is the outside chance of a conditional discharge.

If you had admitted it at the police station you probably would have been cautioned.
