Hi , a qs in one of our corporate customers is now querying the rates we are charging for services after paying them for the last 22 months , saying that are actually outside the agreed rates in the contract we initially signed 4 yrs ago .. can they really question the rates we have charged after agreeing them previously ?

Jamie , further question and forgot to mention this .. the initial agreement with kier ran for 12 mths from nov 14 to to nov 15 So is the initial rate for services he is applying irrelevent /void anyhow .. ?
