Hi I am representing myself and submitting a claim against a defendant which is a limited company. I have served the particulars at the company address not the defendants solicitors. Is this wrong and would my claim be invalidated now? Thanks Michelle

Hello Michelle my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

If the Solicitors said they are instructed to accept service it should have been sent there.

But if you sent it to the registered office of the firm, that does NOT invalidate the claim, so you are ok

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
