Do they know you will be recording?

If I need to inform the customer that we are recording for training purposes thats fine, the engineers will obviously know

Yes you can record, but the customer must be informed.

It would be a breach of data protection act 1988 otherwise.

So if everyone knows you are ok.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today, please?

If not, I would appreciate a 5-star rating for my answer. If you need anything further I am available for a follow up at no extra cost.
