I run a company that helps people to start their own business.
I run a workshop presentation where a person can then invests to start their business. My question is, can these individuals who invest to start their business claim to be consumers and therefore come under the consumer's right act or are they not a consumer but a business as they are buying for the purposes of a business?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

You mean to book the course or those who take it further?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
It is not really a course as people purchase a training programme to start their business. They are able to start trading pretty much straight away

Ok, so what is the course for?
