As an owner can I bid higher on a property I am selling through the auction on a sale without reserve price
If I do and end up with my property do I brake any law

It is illegal to bid for your own item to force the price up of the item you are selling. It is called Shill bidding and is illegal under European fair trading rules.

Shill bidding carries a maximum fine of £5000.00.
