sorry but I wanted advice and as I am 87 I thought the ombudsman advice was free Sadly I cannot continue paying for these bits and pieces which seem to go on and being that I have had no useful answers could I please stop here and get my money returned please ,once again I do apologise for any problems I have caused .

being that my question was responded to I suppose that this means I do lose my deposit, once again I do apologise for my lack of knowledge on these things and I am sorry I thought you were the ombudsman, sadly it seems a very expensive mistake to make. thank you
