Customer Question

I have 2 properties in England which were purchased with a 10 year interest only mortgage. The term was up in November 2017 both of the properties are in negative equity. I have other unencumbered properties including my family home. My question is can I move these unencumbered properties into my daughter's name or set up a family trust.
