Hello I have just been told that I am being made redundant.
I am 69 years old and have a contracts with a big construction company as a Chartered Structural engineer.
I have worked with the company since 2015 - 31/2 yearsmy salary is £125000 pa plus car allowance £9000 + bupa £4000.
What redundancy payment would be considered reasonable?
