I'm completing a court summons to claim against a minor for damage to my car. Do I add the minor or the parent as the defendant ?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with your question today. I am reviewing it, please give me a moment.

It is the minor. Parent didn't cause the damage.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today, please?

If not, I would appreciate a 5-star rating for my answer. If you need anything further I am available for a follow up at no extra cost.

Do I add both the minor and the parent in the defeantant box ?
The parent is responsible for the actions of his child ?

No. Only the Child. That is it. The parent is not liable.

Does that clarify?
