Hi, welcome to JustAnswer. My name is*****’m a barrister with 12 years of experience and I am happy to help with your question today.
What is the dangerous driving?
Ok. It is drug driving not dangerous driving.
Do you accept the offence?
Were there drugs in your system?
If this is driving whilst under the influence of a controlled substance then I'm afraid that a ban is mandatory .
Therefore, the only way to avoid it either not to be summonsed or to be acquitted. Obviously you cannot guarantee either of those things will happen as they depend upon the actions of others.
You do have the option to put them to proof in the hope that they will be poorly prepared. That is quite common the magistrates court.
Sadly though a ban is mandatory for this offence I'm afraid.
Can I clarify anything for you?
Normally, 175% of your weekly income. That is the maximum though.
You must have some income. Everybody has some income
yes, it will lead to a reduction in the fine. But it does not avoid the ban.
Yes, it does depend only amount that was found. Also on whether there was evidence of impairment.
I'm happy to continue with this but please rate my answer
