We hired a solicitor to help with a problem we had with a neighbour he lost the deeds to the house. We don't have the money to reconsitute the deeds buts he's bought back some more documents can we sell our house with the conveyance document?

We have one dated 1929 and one dated 1960. Someone has also delivered an abstract of the title about 30 minutes ago
