My aunt made a solicitor will but she suffers from arthritis

This answer was rated:

my aunt made a solicitor will but she suffers from arthritis and she is having difficulty walking if unsigned will the Will be valid
Assistant: Where is your aunt? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: London
Assistant: What steps has your aunt taken so far?
Customer: she went twice to the solicitor and the last time she was unable to sign it because there was not witness there
Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: no that is all

Let me see if I can help and please rate 5 stars. The will will not be valid unless and until it is signed. Many solicitors will attend upon a person at home to organise signatures etc if there is an issue. Happy to discuss and please rate 5 stars

I hope this helps
