Ask a Law Question, Get an Answer ASAP!
Hello, my name is***** will assist as best I can. What was your old question? I can't see the question from this morning so what does it concern?
Chat obviously is fine, the site offers the call as an automatic pop up. How can I help?
OK. And have you spoken to them to advise that the company was dissolved and therefore there is no tax liability?
Exactly, call them and explain that the bill has been issued in error as the company was dissolved, therefore nothing is due.
Yes, but if the bill has been issued in error then you will not have to pay it. I assume the bill is issued to you as a director of the company as you have provided your address details to companies house.
I will have a look over the letter for you, of course.
OK, are you uploading the letter for me?
Ah - this I have already seen as you uploaded earlier. I thought you were uploading your letter in reply?
Exactly that, yes.
Thank you. I obviously can't guarantee what HMRC will say but this is the case that you have to make, based on the information you have given. Good luck.
Excellent. Really happy to have helped. And of course I will do my best to assist with other matters. If you start your question with "For ***** *****" it will come to me. Kind regards, Peter
