Hi I'm just going through redundancy I have worked nights for 15yrs but don't have a night shift contract so all my redundancy calculations are based on day rate pay & not night shift rate can you tell me if this is right thankyou louise

Customer: Yes and they just tell me it's because I only have a day shift contract & not a night one
