just one last thing . Did you mention before that as no safeguardng andcafcass report states no issues. did you say that they will push for this to be resolved on monday ? how can i se all our text we wrote tonigyt ?

They may well push for it to be resolved, but can only do so by consent if you are before magistrates (magistrates usually want a CAFCASS report and recommendation before making court orders); if it is before a judge, a judge can impose an order on you, but would prefer to get it done by consent, and if not by following recommendations from CAFCASS. So even if there are no safeguarding issues, the court can still ask CAFCASS to undertake a s7 report.
