I am very sorry to read of the above. Do I understand correctly that you ended your agreement early?

On the 9th of September I called them to closed it but they said that they need 30 days notice. I said ok. That's fine, and then at the end of the conversation he said that I will be charged 240£. I don't know exactly the reason. I have already 3 complaints to them , no one answered until now, and I have proof that the speed was very low and I have paid until now something that doesn't work.

The contract was for 18 months but because was working so bad I decided to closed...it was so frustrating because I have already 2 engineers coming and they couldn't do nothing
