Ok, so what is your question about this?

Customer: replied 9 days ago.
Well the police are coming on Thursday, and I'm asking what will happen when I say the car is sorned and I don't have insurance anymore, will they contact my old insurance company? Or will they just get me to pay damages ? Will I get charged for not having insurance anymore ?

Thanks for the information

Isn’t it more likely they would prosecute for failing to stop and report?

Although they could prosecute for having no insurance.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need more information.
