We are a charity. Our landlord has increased our buildings insurance by nearly 80% this year although we have never made a claim. It will cost us thousands of pounds - what can we do?

No it does not say that. We have always paid the landlord. There was a fire in a different unit to ours and it looks like the premium has gone up as a result. Nothing to do with us though. We have not been given any breakdown at all - just a bill
