ultimately I want to know if this affects my credit score and my ability to purchase a house. I just don't understand why. I am an executive worker and advised her that I was leaving
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I have received it from the real estate agent

I have never behind payments in rent
Are you still there?

Hi I am still here. I am just typing a reply for you.

As your Landlord is applying for possession of the property only, this will not affect your credit score should you leave the property by the stipulated date in the Notice.

Should you fail to leave the property by the date stated in the Notice, your Landlord may apply to Court for a possession Order and any costs as a result of making the application.
