I'm with just answer already. My wife had accident in car

Good afternoon I'm with just answer already. My wife had accident in car not her fault. She has claim for injury and insurance company has increased her premium although not her fault. If she changes insurer now will this affect her current claim

Moving to another insurance will NOT affect her current claim because how things work is, the insurance at the time of the incident will handle the claim.


Further when she goes to her new insurer ensure she states she has been in involved in A NON FAULT ACCIDENT.
