Thank you x

Let me see if I can help and please rate 5 stars. I can call tomorrow to discuss but let me tell you this now. You can apply to the court for a child arrangements order and a prohibited steps order. The first confirms with whom the children live and the second would prevent the children from being removed from the jurisdiction of England and Wales. It is an application which can be made straight away.

How do I do this? Apply to the court? Cc

Yes on a form C100. I have also attached a link to a great book which explains the procedure - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Represent-Yourself-Family-Court-understanding/dp/147211910X
