They granted on Tribunal for refugee status, but still no status, not received work right and everything, still waiting,
Expert:  ReadyLaw replied 6 months ago.

I am unable to call you. i am only able to speak via this service.

If the parents have been granted refugee status or humanitarian protection, they are “eligible” for housing in the UK. They may apply via the local council to be housed. i would therefore recommend that they go into the local council in the morning and ask to speak to someone regarding being housed. Because there is a minor involved it is highly likely that the application will be treated with urgency.

I do hope I have clarified things for you. kindly let me know if I may be of further assistance. Kindly take the time to rate the services received.

All the best
