i've received a demand for payment from a German Collecting Agency for a supposed membership of a paid on line service. I have refuted this,but they have repeated their claim.What should I do?
JA: What state are you in? And is a local attorney or other consumer protection advocate helping with this?
Customer: I'm alone without any assistance.
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: I tried the Fraud Section of Police,who were no help at all. I've tried to find the nearest Public Advice Bureau, but have been unable to locate it.
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have the full German address of the Agency
