Hello, sorry to hear about your experience here. Please confirm what you would like to do so I may advise you accordingly on the legalities of it. Please also mention the amounts incurred, thank you. John.
That’s terrible. You will be happy to hear that you will have a claim against him for breach of contract and for negligence. You should write a formal letter to him requesting your money back and the reasons you want the money back. Give him 7-14 days to pay. If he doesn’t then issue a claim against him in the small claims court which you can do online. There will be an issue fee to pay but you will be able to get this back when you get judgement. You will also have interest added to the amount from the date of issue to the date of judgement. Does this help? If so please provide a positive rating, and feel free to ask any further questions. Regards, John.
Yes sir, please do as I have advised above on 08/11. You can access the site here https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome
Once you issue in the small claims court then you will be able to recover the money back. Any problems with the site then please let me know. Do not forget to provide a positive rating thank you. John.
