If an application for judicial review is being processed and a separate application (instead of an interim in section 7) of injuctive relief is asked in section 8 but has not been sent yet can it just be posted or does a form need to be filled to add it with the rest of the documents already sent?

Apart for the form for the injuction itself I mean.

Hi, it should be OK to just post it as it forms a part of JR proceedings. If the court wants a form they will tell you - it should be form N16a if they do (copy attached).
