I wouldn’t worry too much about removing the benefits. The bigger issue is whether you will be prosecuted.
If the find enough evidence for these allegations they will prosecute. They have made it fairly clear. They are alleging you are working and living with a partner.
If you deny the allegations that you should attend and offer your account.
