You may carry out a probate search, see here how to do so: https://www.gov.uk/search-will-probate
May I help further?
A grant of probate is a public document (along with the Will) and anyone can access it.
I am afraid that information would be protected from disclosure under Data Protection legislation.Anyone has a right to access the records and remain anonymous.

Hi thank you for your message, the principal is the same a SAR is about information held about you by a public authority, it does not require that authority to reveal who has accessed that information. If you want a more pertinent example however, the registrar of births, deaths and marriages is publicly accessible and you can put in a SAR to see information held about you regarding births or marriages but that does not mean you also get to know who has accessed all the information also. I hope this helps, if you can please accept my answer and rate me 5 stars (in the top right of your screen) then Just Answer will credit me for helping you today.
