My mums insurance company are limiting the compensation for

My mums insurance company are limiting the compensation for health costs due to an accident abroad, due to non declared previous conditions.
JA: Where are your mums? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: My mum is 88, in Dubai, she completed the form on the telephone with a broker
JA: What steps have been taken so far?
Customer: I have written and spoken to the insurance company rejecting their position completely (while i gathered more info)
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Some of the conditions in my mother medical records relate to issues from many years ago for which she receives no treatment now..the insurance company state this does not matter
